Based on the big smiles from our junior members, the first two of our Friday night winter club racing series have proved extremely successful.
Friday night racing is held at Lane Cove Aquatic Centre once per month from May to August and provides an opportunity for swimmers to experience racing in a fun community environment.
These nights are FREE for everyone! You don’t have to be a member. This is a Swimming NSW come-and-try event, where our insurance allows for four free tries before swimmers are required to register.
The remaining two winter racing nights for 2022 will be held on29 July and 19th August. Arrive at 6:15pm with racing starting from 6:30pm (finish around 7:30pm). Racing covers all strokes – distances of 25m, 50m and 100m.
There is a hamper prize each night and pizza dinner provided after racing on 19 August.
