Week 5 of the 2023\/2024 Summer Club Point Score will be held on Saturday 11 November 2023.<\/p>\n
Races start at 7:00am sharp. Format this week is Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke.<\/p>\n
Longer distances are run first commencing with 200m Freestyle, then 200m Individual Medley<\/strong> (IM). 100m races follow, then 50m races, finishing with the 25m races.<\/p>\n Entries can be made via\u00a0Swim Central<\/a> and will close at 6pm on Thursday 9 November\u00a0 \u2013 late requests can be sent to saturdayclub@lanecoveswimclub.org.au<\/a>, or accepted on Saturday morning however the swimmer won’t be seeded in a race with similar ability
