{"id":1641,"date":"2024-02-22T16:50:26","date_gmt":"2024-02-22T05:50:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lanecoveswimclub.org.au\/?p=1641"},"modified":"2024-02-22T16:50:29","modified_gmt":"2024-02-22T05:50:29","slug":"generous-donation-from-council","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lanecoveswimclub.org.au\/generous-donation-from-council\/","title":{"rendered":"Generous donation from Council"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Lane Cove Swim Club extends our sincerest thanks to Lane Cove Council, who have generously made a donation to our Club that will enhance the overall experience for our swimmers and members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Council\u2019s donation of whiteboards, signage and a new BBQ will help us continue to foster a positive and engaging environment for our members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The whiteboards will serve as a fantastic tool for our coaches to diagram and explain squad sets, various techniques, strategies and details for upcoming events. This will contribute to the overall improvement and growth of our swimmers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new signage is aesthetically pleasing and will provide clear information during club meets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And let&#8217;s not forget the pi\u00e8ce de r\u00e9sistance \u2013 the brand new BBQ! This fantastic addition will enable us to fuel our swimmers with delicious bacon, egg and sausage sandwiches after Club meets and will also serve as a hub for social gatherings and community building. We can already picture the smiles and laughter as our members gather around for a barbecue after a successful club session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This donation from Lane Cove Council is a great example of the power of community collaboration. We are truly grateful for Council&#8217;s commitment to supporting local sports and recreational activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once again, a massive thank you to Lane Cove Council for their unwavering support.
