The Roma Edmunds Memorial Mile will be held on Sunday 19 March 2023 from 4:00 to 7:00pm in the 50m pool.

Enter via Swim Central. Entries close Thursday 16 March 2023.

Entry is free to all LCSC first claim members for this 1600m annual event.

• Swimmers are allocated to heats based on your 100m freestyle time, with fastest heat first.
• A lap counter is required for all participants.
• There are trophies for the fastest swimmer and handicap winner.
• All swimmers receive a medal.
• Heats are allocated after entries close.
